the round trip delay is finally here
with wrapping my brain around the signalling system in Godot
I was able to devise a plot to put out a real life challenge that is the
main idea behind this project.
Namely see if you could remotely and in real time land on the moon.
I had read/heard about in that in the 1960's there were those who was
of the opinion that there shouldn't be any controls in the LunaLander
and that they could land it via remote from earth, or by sending
commands to the onboard computer. Luckily that never happened and
Buzz and Neil had direct computer access to order burns and pitch
changes in realtime from within the Lander itself.
With the current level it is just a small delay... that one could sacrifice a
few astronauts to learn to compensate for and get to the moon safely.
I have been generous thou as the distance from the moon was increased
a bit... allowing for the delay in the input which is on easy for now with
only three quarter of a second delay. The real world the delay would be
about 2.5 seconds.
